Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Durval Cortez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute Micael Quintanilha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Badim FC's goalkeeper Daniel Nascimento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabiano Frois during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes Badim FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Frois. Durval Cortez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval Cortez in the 25th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Hermenegildo Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Coutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Anselmo Menezes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Octávio Aires was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Loivos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Badim FC the free kick. Octávio Aires hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes, Badim FC's Timóteo Rios shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anselmo Menezes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Badim FC reached it. Durval Cortez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Nascimento having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gil Coutinho was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Nascimento didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Micael Quintanilha went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Micael Quintanilha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacob Trigueiro's late challenge caught a Loivos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacob Trigueiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Jacob Trigueiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute Durval Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Menezes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Pinho's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. When Durval Cortez came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Loivos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durval Cortez couldn't finish the play. Durval Cortez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Durval Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Micael Quintanilha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Nascimento having to interfere. Durval Cortez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Daniel Nascimento made a huge save. After 91 played minutes Loivos FC got a freekick which was hit by Hermenegildo Franco. Nicolau Saldanha hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Amável Nunes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The Badim FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Loivos FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
