Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rúben Vilhena got the match started through his kick off. João Aleixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murilo Dantas having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Xiclas FC CC's zone, Rúben Vilhena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Óscar Lima came out of the goal and Rúben Vilhena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC União Tomar! The referee gave Xiclas FC CC a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by João Pacheco, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC União Tomar's Murilo Dantas. 0-1. Xiclas FC CC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Rúben Vilhena scored to the left of an out of position Óscar Lima, making the score, 1-1. Alcino Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Óscar Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Rúben Vilhena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Américo Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC União Tomar's goalkeeper Murilo Dantas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC União Tomar's Murilo Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Aleixo in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Aleixo made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Xiclas FC CC's João Aleixo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murilo Dantas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Óscar Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alcino Salgado in the 57th minute of play. Murilo Dantas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xiclas FC CC. João Aleixo might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Murilo Dantas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Aleixo ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rúben Vilhena in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Óscar Lima prevented the ball from getting in the gole. João Aleixo struck a weak shot in the 74th minute.
