After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Ricardo Gaspar managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Pinhal's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Gaspar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gastão Madruga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chants of Canaviais echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as SC Pinhal had held the ball for most of the match.
