Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Augusto Andrade kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Barcelona's Telmo Brito got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 8 minutes into the game, Barcelona's Augusto Andrade nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armando Coimbra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Barcelona's goalkeeper Domingos Fiúza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernando Matias. In the 14th minute Augusto Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Coimbra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Matias succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 15th playminute. Domingos Fiúza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Fernandes in the 21st minute of the match. Augusto Andrade scored 1-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armando Coimbra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Domingos Fiúza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Fernandes's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute of the match, Fernando Matias got a very nice opportunity to score, but Domingos Fiúza was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 33 played minutes Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Mascarenhas. Fernando Matias came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Domingos Fiúza could save by the left post. Domingos Fiúza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. A collision led to SC Cernadelo getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Luís Monteiro hit a great ball. Lucas Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Fiúza having to interfere. The SC Cernadelo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barcelona were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucas Fernandes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, SC Cernadelo's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Andrade came free, but Armando Coimbra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Barcelona defense, Lucas Fernandes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Domingos Fiúza. The Barcelona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Domingos Fiúza should have stopped the shot. Domingos Fiúza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute, Lucas Fernandes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingos Fiúza was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Barcelona's Domingos Fiúza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Fernandes in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Augusto Andrade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Armando Coimbra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Andrade's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Fernando Matias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Domingos Fiúza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Matias in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Fiúza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona's zone, Lucas Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Fiúza came out of the goal and Lucas Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 83 minutes of play, SC Cernadelo's Lucas Fernandes made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingos Fiúza was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Cernadelo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Barcelona had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
