Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Humberto Amorim started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Olímpico de Lisboa's Veríssimo Mota got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 13 minutes into the match, Olímpico de Lisboa's goalkeeper Vicente Santarém had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vasco Brás. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastião Carvalho during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sebastião Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Humberto Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. ANTA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Santarém breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vasco Brás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Vicente Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bento Galvão made the kick off in the second half. Olímpico de Lisboa's Manuel Amado got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. António Pedroso came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Olímpico de Lisboa's Manuel Amado. But to his dismay, Manuel Amado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Olímpico de Lisboa's Vicente Santarém played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasco Brás in the 73rd minute of play. Manuel Amado kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match.
