Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Bernardo Palmeira made the kick off and thus started the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Tojosa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Penascosa FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Armando Henriques, was totally fooled by Penascosa FC's Gaspar Sacramento, who 6 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Jorge Lemos fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Penascosa FC's protests and gave Jorge Lemos a yellow card for diving instead. Jorge Lemos kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Armando Henriques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Henriques made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Alexandre Mafra sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th minute, Alexandre Mafra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 18 minutes, Miguel Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tojosa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Moura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Miguel Moura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Penascosa FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Sílvio Valverde hit a great ball. Alexandre Mafra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Henriques having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Alexandre Mafra got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Miguel Moura came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Tojosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Moura couldn't finish the play. Daniel Santarém received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Pedro Prestes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Tojosa booed when Penascosa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilário Braga didn't get a good kick on the ball. António Guarda was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Penascosa FC's Gaspar Sacramento got a free kick in the 55th minute. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Miguel Moura took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Pedro Prestes to make any attempt to save it. Sílvio Valverde kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 64th minute Bernardo Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hilário Braga hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Miguel Moura dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Prestes, 1-2. After having played for 80 minutes, Bernardo Palmeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Penascosa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Palmeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henrique Sousa hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Penascosa FC's Gaspar Sacramento broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Alexandre Mafra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tojosa's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
