After some careless play in the U.S.C.P4R3D3S defense, Juvenal Raposo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inácio Santarém. The U.S.C.P4R3D3S fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inácio Santarém should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute Plácido Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Santarém saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Tiago Reis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Paulino Rodrigues, 1-1. If Tiago Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Tiago Reis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Paulino Rodrigues made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Jesus in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juvenal Raposo in the 31st minute of play forced U.S.C.P4R3D3S's goalkeeper Inácio Santarém to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Reis in the 35th minute of play forced Fonterma FC's goalkeeper Paulino Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Fonterma FC's goalkeeper Paulino Rodrigues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Jesus. After a rather tough play, Fonterma FC's Belchior Campos got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute Tiago Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Higino Quinaz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Inácio Santarém. U.S.C.P4R3D3S's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 82nd minute, André Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the game, Tiago Reis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Paulino Rodrigues was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
