Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Parada FC's Delfim Pinho started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jorge Paredes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute João Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Paredes having to interfere. Parada FC's Jorge Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Almeida in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Parada FC's goalkeeper Jorge Paredes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Parada FC's Jorge Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Borges in the 29th minute of play. Daniel Almeida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Paredes having to make a save. If João Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Parada FC's Jorge Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Almeida in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Delfim Pinho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mariano Brás kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Raul Queirós could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Miguel Alves made a huge save. After having played for 46 minutes, Raul Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Mariano Brás kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. José Cabral's late challenge caught a Parada FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Cabral helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th minute, one of SC Carregueira:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Carregueira. Parada FC's Delfim Pinho got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raul Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Delfim Pinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Alves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match Bruno Fernandes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miguel Alves skillfully saved the ball. Mariano Brás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Carregueira eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
