Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tome Desmaison got the match started through his kick off. Tony Blenstrup showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Vasconcelos in the 3rd minute of the match. Donato Sobral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Tony Blenstrup made a huge save. Eliseu Vasconcelos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tony Blenstrup having to make a save. Tony Blenstrup didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Sobral went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 15 minutes into the match, LUJO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tome Desmaison came free, but Virgílio Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Jorge Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LUJO FC's Virgílio Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tome Desmaison in the 17th minute of play. Virgílio Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tome Desmaison in the 18th minute of the match. Tony Blenstrup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Bastos Team's Tome Desmaison got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Virgílio Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tome Desmaison in the 31st minute of the match. Tome Desmaison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgílio Montenegro having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Manuel Matias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgílio Montenegro was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. If Manuel Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Matias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manuel Matias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Virgílio Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donato Sobral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tony Blenstrup having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

58 minutes into the match, Manuel Matias notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of LUJO FC's Virgílio Montenegro. Virgílio Montenegro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 61 minutes, Tome Desmaison mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bastos Team and the LUJO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Bastos Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tome Desmaison to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Donato Sobral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eusébio Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Eliseu Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Tony Blenstrup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tome Desmaison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manuel Matias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgílio Montenegro having to interfere. Manuel Matias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Virgílio Montenegro made a huge save. After having played for 82 minutes, Donato Sobral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LUJO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Sobral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th match minute, Bastos Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Matias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Tome Desmaison took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Virgílio Montenegro to make any attempt to save it. In the 98th minute Donato Sobral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Blenstrup saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bastos Team walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
