Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Israel Borba started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 8 minutes of play, Bacelos FC's Octávio Oliveira made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vasco Araújo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fontinha's Gustavo Rodrigues got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th match minute, Bacelos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesário Figueira to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Fagundes was a little too slow when Gustavo Rodrigues got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-1. Óscar Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Fagundes having to interfere. Cesário Figueira charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesário Figueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Bacelos FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesário Figueira. Ramiro Fagundes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bento Nogueira. In the 33rd minute Gustavo Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Fagundes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Fagundes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Rodrigues in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th minute Israel Borba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Fontinha's Óscar Matos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramiro Fagundes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gustavo Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Fagundes having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustavo Rodrigues to strike the kick off in the second half. Octávio Oliveira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Vasco Araújo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vasco Araújo made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Octávio Oliveira sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute, Israel Borba reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vasco Araújo. The goal made the score 3-2. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Israel Borba got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Óscar Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ramiro Fagundes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Ricardo Castro suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Jordão Vidigal fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bacelos FC's protests and gave Jordão Vidigal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bacelos FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jordão Vidigal hit a great ball. Vasco Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Borba, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Ramiro Fagundes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Óscar Matos in the 82nd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Cesário Figueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Óscar Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fontinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Óscar Matos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramiro Fagundes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Fontinha had won after a very even match.
