Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Homero Guerreiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Gomes in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alcino Cardoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Gomes in the 8th minute of play forced MeanManchine's goalkeeper Alcino Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Alberto Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torneira FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Gomes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alcino Cardoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celso Estrela during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to MeanManchine getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Celso Estrela hit a great ball. Afonso Pacheco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Arruda, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Torneira FC's Adolfo Fontes got a free kick in the 14th minute. Homero Guerreiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Pacheco having to interfere. Santiago Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Arruda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alexandre Borba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alexandre Borba might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alcino Cardoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandre Borba ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, MeanManchine's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Castro came free, but Alcino Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Gomes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alcino Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Alberto Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alcino Cardoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Pacheco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Homero Guerreiro in the 43rd minute of play. Afonso Pacheco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Homero Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alcino Cardoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alberto Gomes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 48 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When Paulo Paiva fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MeanManchine's protests and gave Paulo Paiva a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Torneira FC booed when MeanManchine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st match minute, Torneira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Fontes to maneuver through the defense. Alcino Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Gomes in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Emanuel Novais was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MeanManchine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Torneira FC the free kick. Emanuel Novais hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The corner led Torneira FC's Jorge Ramos to fire away a dangerous shot which Alcino Cardoso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The MeanManchine players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Torneira FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
