Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alexandre Magalhães kicked off to start the match. José Pedroso lost his temper 4 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to F.C. dos Mortos getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. José Pedroso hit a great ball. Vítor Aguiar struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. João Almeida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cova. Jorge Guarda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th match minute, Cova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Faria to maneuver through the defense. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the match, Cova's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Guarda came free, but Gabriel Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abel Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Magalhães in the 19th minute of the match. Rui Bessa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Nascimento having to interfere. After 28 played minutes Cova got a freekick which was hit by Lúcio Pedroso. 29 minutes into the game, Sandro Faria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. dos Mortos the free kick. In the 29th minute, Sandro Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. F.C. dos Mortos's Abel Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Faria in the 33rd minute of the match. Gabriel Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Guarda, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the game, F.C. dos Mortos's Abel Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Nascimento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. João Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After 44 minutes, Celestino Roman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. dos Mortos and the Cova players grew even worse after the yellow card. Celestino Roman kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half F.C. dos Mortos were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Guarda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, F.C. dos Mortos's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Magalhães came free, but João Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Cova's Gabriel Nascimento got control of the ball when Abel Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute, Sven Vennerdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vítor Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Sandro Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. F.C. dos Mortos's João Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Magalhães in the 64th minute of play. After 65 minutes of play, Cova's Cristiano Barros made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Almeida was left in no man's land by his defense there! João Almeida didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sandro Faria went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. F.C. dos Mortos's João Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Magalhães in the 74th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven Vennerdal during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, F.C. dos Mortos's Sven Vennerdal got a free kick in the 74th minute. If Abel Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 85 minutes, Jorge Guarda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. dos Mortos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Guarda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorge Guarda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Magalhães in the 95th minute of play. Cova were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of F.C. dos Mortos for a fine match.
