Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Abel Almeida successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 12th minute, Jorge Leite left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Emeres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Américo Aguiar during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th match minute, SC Emeres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Américo Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Burgães FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Pacheco came free, but Abel Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rui Pacheco in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Almeida prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute Jorge Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Pacheco in the 27th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, SC Emeres's goal looked a bit too open when 姚铮烨 came free, but Gonçalo Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tod Kirkpatrick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gonçalo Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rui Pacheco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Rui Pacheco came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the SC Emeres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rui Pacheco couldn't finish the play. After having played for 55 minutes, Rui Pacheco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Emeres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Pacheco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abel Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Pacheco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abel Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Magalhães in the 61st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Tod Kirkpatrick kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gonçalo Santos. That made the score 2-1 in the 62 minute of play. Burgães FC's 姚铮烨 got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abel Almeida didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Américo Aguiar went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to SC Emeres getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Rui Pacheco hit a great ball. Gonçalo Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 姚铮烨, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vítor Fernandes hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, SC Emeres's goal looked a bit too open when 姚铮烨 came free, but Gonçalo Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hélder Viegas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gonçalo Santos. SC Emeres's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 90th minute, João Pires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rui Pacheco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, 姚铮烨 made a precise shot to the right of Gonçalo Santos. SC Emeres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Emeres fans cheered their team off the field, for while Burgães FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
