Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nuno Correia kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, Jorge Leite ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amadeu Aleixo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 8th match minute, SC Emeres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Leite kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The supporters of SC Emeres booed when Atilho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Afonso Amorim got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Atilho. In the 17th minute Cristiano Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonçalo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Gonçalo Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeu Aleixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Pacheco in the 20th minute of play. Afonso Amorim struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Gonçalo Santos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atilho. Daniel Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Rui Pacheco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Américo Aguiar in the 38th minute of play forced Atilho's goalkeeper Amadeu Aleixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Bernardo Magalhães left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Emeres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Atilho's Amadeu Aleixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Magalhães in the 45th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Correia got free with Gonçalo Santos in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Atilho players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Emeres were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rui Pacheco made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Cristiano Branco notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of SC Emeres's Gonçalo Santos. Gonçalo Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristiano Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Nuno Correia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Gonçalo Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno Correia during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 67 played minutes Atilho got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Correia. Jorge Leite's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Amadeu Aleixo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Amadeu Aleixo made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Bernardo Magalhães sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Américo Aguiar in the 72nd minute of play forced Atilho's goalkeeper Amadeu Aleixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilho's Amadeu Aleixo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Atilho from getting a goal against them. Nuno Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Santos having to interfere. Amadeu Aleixo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Leite in the 80th minute. After 82 played minutes Atilho got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Moura. Rui Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Amadeu Aleixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeu Aleixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Pacheco in the 85th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Américo Aguiar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amadeu Aleixo. That made the score 3-4 in the 86 minute of play. Amadeu Aleixo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Jorge Leite's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Amadeu Aleixo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Afonso Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Gonçalo Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, SC Emeres's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Correia came free, but Gonçalo Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Emeres eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
