Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adelino Barbosa got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Team Xumaço's goalkeeper Augusto Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Correia. Team Xumaço's Augusto Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Barbosa in the 13th minute of play. Augusto Amaral made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Adelino Barbosa sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Pedroso might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Augusto Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Pedroso ran back to his position shaking his head. 43 minutes into the match, Team Xumaço's goalkeeper Augusto Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Correia. With a little luck, Team Xumaço's Augusto Amaral got control of the ball when Ricardo Correia tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

52 minutes into the match, Lucas Vale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artur Borba. Ameijoafas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Adelino Barbosa took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augusto Amaral. Augusto Amaral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 60 played minutes Ameijoafas FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Esteves. Artur Borba was a little too slow when Lucas Vale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-2. 70 minutes into the game, Ameijoafas FC's Adelino Barbosa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Amaral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 95 minutes into the match, Team Xumaço's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Correia came free, but Augusto Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Ameijoafas FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
