The supporters of Ufe FC booed when Team Xumaço was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers André Garcia in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augusto Amaral saved Team Xumaço from getting behind. In the 13th minute André Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ufe FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. David Leão hit a great ball. In the 20th match minute, Team Xumaço was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Marques to maneuver through the defense. Cristiano Simões took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Augusto Amaral. Team Xumaço's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Augusto Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Garcia in the 24th minute of play. Armindo Paiva struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Augusto Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ufe FC. Augusto Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Garcia went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Paiva in the 32nd minute of play forced Team Xumaço's goalkeeper Augusto Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Garcia went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute of the match, Lucas Vale tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gabriel Cardoso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Team Xumaço's Augusto Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armindo Paiva in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Catarino Pacheco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Cristiano Simões in the 57th minute really tested Augusto Amaral's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 61 minutes into the game, Team Xumaço's Lucas Vale nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Cardoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 65th match minute, Team Xumaço was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Queirós to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Paiva in the 69th minute of play forced Team Xumaço's goalkeeper Augusto Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filipe Queirós hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. André Garcias short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Augusto Amaral to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 81 minutes into the match, Team Xumaço's goal looked a bit too open when Armindo Paiva came free, but Augusto Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Amaral made an important save on a dangerous shot by André Garcia in the 82nd minute. Ufe FC's Armindo Paiva got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. André Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Amaral having to interfere. The Ufe FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Team Xumaço from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
