An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Magalhães in the 3rd minute of play forced Ursulinas FC's goalkeeper Joel Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ursulinas FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Alberto Barbosa hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Ursulinas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Branco came free, but Joel Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Diogo Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diogo Magalhães blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joel Figueiredo having to make a save. Lucas Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Ursulinas FC's André Pacheco tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucas Amaral during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mariano Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariano Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mariano Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Afonso Abreu was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Ursulinas FC booed when Cisterna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Afonso Abreu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vítor Ferro. Cisterna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Abreu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Mariano Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cisterna's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rogério Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Vítor Ferro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
