Pedro Gago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimas Vides in the 20th minute. In the 25th minute, Lucas Barcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo França in the 28th minute of play. Surribas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sidónio Leão in the 30th minute. Valter Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. After 62 played minutes Surribas got a freekick which was hit by Joel Carmo. In the 65th minute, Higino Monteiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 68 minutes, Sidónio Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Surribas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sidónio Leão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enzo Águas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Vaz having to interfere. After 89 played minutes SC Caldeiroa got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Barcelos. Joel Carmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Alexandrino Luz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sidónio Leão charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sidónio Leão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
