Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mauro Câmara kicked off to start the match. FC LIPOO's Valério Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Câmara in the 3rd minute of play. Dimas Sanches charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dimas Sanches the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC LIPOO's Dimas Sanches got a free kick in the 4th minute. Fernando Quintanilha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valério Ramos. FC LIPOO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Valério Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermes Roriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Canhas's Angélico Lage got control of the ball when Tarcísio Sobral tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute Tarcísio Sobral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angélico Lage saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Canhas's Mauro Câmara got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Severino Valadares struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Angélico Lage didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC LIPOO. Dimas Sanches got his second yellow card in the match during the 35th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 36th match minute, FC LIPOO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimas Sanches to maneuver through the defense. Hermes Roriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério Ramos having to interfere. Valério Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermes Roriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tarcísio Sobral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angélico Lage having to make a save. Valentim Miguéis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tarcísio Sobral to make the kick off. A collision led to FC LIPOO getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Filipe Gois hit a great ball. Valério Ramos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermes Roriz in the 60th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Câmara couldn't finish the play. Hermes Roriz in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Valério Ramos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Valério Ramos made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Hermes Roriz sent off a good shot on target. Severino Valadares hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Tarcísio Sobral managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC LIPOO's supporters rose to their feet, but Tarcísio Sobral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angélico Lage breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 88 minutes Canhas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filipe Gois who took care of the corner kick. FC LIPOO's Filipe Gois was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Angélico Lage in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC LIPOO's goalkeeper Valério Ramos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Câmara in the 97th minute of play forced FC LIPOO's goalkeeper Valério Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC LIPOO had played much better football throughout.
