Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. António Barros started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes SC Valega got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Veiga. SC Valega's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Josué Bandeira 5 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After having played for 11 minutes, Nuno Castelo Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peralcovo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuno Castelo Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, SC Valega's Artur Gonçalves got a free kick in the 12th minute. Paulino Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If António Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, António Barros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulino Medeiros was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Barros in the 28th minute of play forced Peralcovo FC's goalkeeper Paulino Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peralcovo FC's Paulino Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Brás in the 30th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Peralcovo FC got a freekick which was hit by Catarino Esteves. Catarino Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Artur Gonçalves sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Peralcovo FC's Paulino Medeiros didn't even have to move. After 35 minutes, Hugo Veiga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Valega and the Peralcovo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SC Valega getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Hugo Veiga hit a great ball. Nuno Castelo Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 minutes, Germano Machado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peralcovo FC and the SC Valega players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for SC Valega. Artur Gonçalves stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Paulino Medeiros. 1-2. Paulino Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Viana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Josué Bandeira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Catarino Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. SC Valega's Hugo Veiga got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Duarte Brás got free with Paulino Medeiros in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st match minute, SC Valega was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Barros to maneuver through the defense. Nuno Castelo Branco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lourenço Matias having to make a save. Nuno Castelo Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lourenço Matias having to interfere. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Peralcovo FC! The supporters of SC Valega booed when Peralcovo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Gois didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Valega's Artur Gonçalves couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 86th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Peralcovo FC. SC Valega's Lourenço Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Castelo Branco in the 91st minute of play. In the 100th minute, Josué Bandeira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peralcovo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Valega walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
