António Gaspar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Barros in the 28th minute of the match. Damião Assis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Almeida in the 32nd minute of the match. Jorge Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, SC Dragôes Sandinenses's Miguel Albuquerque got a free kick in the 37th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ladreda's João Almeida slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Damião Assis. That made the score 1-1 after 39 minutes of play. In the 45th minute of the match, João Almeida tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Damião Assis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to SC Dragôes Sandinenses getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Miguel Albuquerque hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

António Gaspar came out of the goal and Miguel Albuquerque tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Hélder Abreu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. In the 70th minute, one of Ladreda:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ladreda. 74 minutes into the match, SC Dragôes Sandinenses's goal looked a bit too open when Gil Assunção came free, but Damião Assis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 77 minutes, Miguel Albuquerque managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Dragôes Sandinenses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Albuquerque was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorge Barros in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of António Gaspar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 80 minutes, Miguel Albuquerque managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Dragôes Sandinenses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Albuquerque was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Miguel Albuquerque got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ladreda's António Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aprígio Cavaco in the 85th minute of play. Miguel Albuquerque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. António Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Miguel Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aprígio Cavaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, SC Dragôes Sandinenses's Adérito Matos got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the match was over SC Dragôes Sandinenses could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ladreda throughout the match.
