Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Duarte Costa kicked off to start the match. Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Luís Esteves successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 4th minute, frickstade's Nuno Fonseca seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nuno Fonseca the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of frickstade protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nuno Fonseca had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in frickstade fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! After 10 played minutes Codeceira got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Assis. If João Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. frickstade's Luís Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Fernandes in the 13th minute of play. Boguslaw Majorski kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. A hard shot 16 in the game by Filipe Azevedo from a close distance when the talented Luís Esteves managed to make a qualified save. frickstade's players were relieved. 17 minutes into the match, João Coelho notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Codeceira's Mariano Macedo. Mariano Macedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luís Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duarte Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Tavares hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 26th match minute, frickstade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cláudio Monteiro to maneuver through the defense. When Vítor Castro came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Codeceira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Castro couldn't finish the play. Luís Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Costa in the 29th minute of the match. With his leg Luís Esteves managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Codeceira's Filipe Azevedo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. João Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Macedo having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Jorge Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rogério Pedroso fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored frickstade's protests and gave Rogério Pedroso a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes frickstade got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Pedroso. Luís Esteves made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Filipe Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte Costa in the 45th minute of play forced frickstade's goalkeeper Luís Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. João Coelho was the one to do the kick off. João Coelho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Mariano Macedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of frickstade booed when Codeceira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Viegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luís Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Costa in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65thth minute of the game Filipe Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but frickstade's Luís Esteves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th match minute, frickstade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Miranda to maneuver through the defense. After 67 minutes of play, Codeceira's Duarte Costa made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Esteves was left in no man's land by his defense there! Duarte Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Esteves having to interfere. Filipe Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Luís Esteves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Codeceira. Luís Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Costa in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Duarte Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cláudio Monteiro kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Luís Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. A collision led to frickstade getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Pedro Miranda hit a great ball.
