Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carlos Martins took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Carlos Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 4th minute, Silvério Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eivados's goalkeeper Serafim Madruga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Carlos Martins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafim Madruga was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Serafim Madruga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Martins in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Martins in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serafim Madruga saved Eivados from getting behind. When Miguel Magalhães came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Malta do Pé Descalço fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Magalhães couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Carlos Lamego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute Enzo Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastião Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafim Madruga made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Carlos Martins sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 35 minutes, Adolfo Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malta do Pé Descalço's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Serafim Madruga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Paz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafim Madruga having to interfere. Lorenzo Paz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serafim Madruga having to make a save.

In the 51st minute, Adolfo Andrade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malta do Pé Descalço fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Candeias in the 55th minute of play forced Malta do Pé Descalço's goalkeeper Sebastião Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafim Madruga having to interfere. Lorenzo Paz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 61 minutes, Jorge Patrício mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eivados and the Malta do Pé Descalço players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Malta do Pé Descalço booed when Eivados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Patrício didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Carlos Martins notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Eivados's Serafim Madruga. Serafim Madruga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Carlos Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Martins in the 71st minute of play forced Eivados's goalkeeper Serafim Madruga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Baltasar Viegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malta do Pé Descalço's António Lima was substituted for Miguel Magalhães. Gaspar Melo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 85 minutes of play, Malta do Pé Descalço's Carlos Martins made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serafim Madruga was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute, Carlos Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Malta do Pé Descalço booed when Eivados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Patrício didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd match minute, Malta do Pé Descalço was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Lima to maneuver through the defense. Serafim Madruga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Martins's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Malta do Pé Descalço had played much better football throughout.
