Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Oliveira Morais made the kick off and thus started the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Ribeiro in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nuno Leão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to SC Bafareira getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Alberto Abreu hit a great ball. In the 10th minute David Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes SC Bafareira got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Abreu. Oliveira Morais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. António Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Simão Santos sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Bafareira's Nuno Leão didn't even have to move. The supporters of SC Bafareira booed when Alfornelos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diogo Fontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
SC Bafareira's Nuno Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Ribeiro in the 53rd minute of play. When David Ribeiro came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Alfornelos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Ribeiro couldn't finish the play. David Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Leão having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SC Bafareira's Vicente Borba got a free kick in the 63rd minute. António Cabral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliveira Morais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If David Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Ribeiro in the 75th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Bafareira's zone, João Ferreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Leão came out of the goal and João Ferreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. António Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliveira Morais in the 81st minute of the match. António Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliveira Morais, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Amílcar Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the game, Amílcar Vieira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alfornelos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Bafareira the free kick. João Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
