Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Xavier Pinto got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rui Macedo got free with Alberto Reis in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Humberto Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Garcia in the 5th minute of the match. Cristiano Leiria kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. SC Lavacido's Humberto Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Pinto in the 7th minute of play. Rui Macedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alberto Reis having to make a save. 13 minutes into the game, Rui Macedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Alberto Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Refontoura booed when SC Lavacido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Brás didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 minutes SC Lavacido's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pedro Paiva who took care of the corner kick. A very nice done corner allowed Francisco Garcia to score against Humberto Monteiro in SC Lavacido's goal. 1-1 after 19 minutes. SC Lavacido's Humberto Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Pinto in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, SC Lavacido's Rui Macedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alberto Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Alberto Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Paredes in the 34th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Nuno Paredes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberto Reis was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Pinto in the 40th minute of play forced SC Lavacido's goalkeeper Humberto Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Xavier Pinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nuno Paredes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rui Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavier Pinto in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Francisco Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the last second Humberto Monteiro throw himself and got hold of the ball when Xavier Pinto in the 61stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Rui Macedo scored 3-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alberto Reis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Francisco Garcia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-2 in the 67th playminute. Nuno Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Refontoura booed when SC Lavacido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Humberto Monteiro made a huge save. Humberto Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Pinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Xavier Pinto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Humberto Monteiro, 3-3. Cândido Neto hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Rui Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Refontoura's Francisco Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
