Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paulo Valente started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Matozinhos FC booed when ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armindo Macedo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Albertino Veiga. Matozinhos FC's Albertino Veiga shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 12th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Armindo Macedo but with some difficulty. After 15 played minutes ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆ got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Trindade. In the 16th minute, António Sousa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Sérgio Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Luz in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆'s goalkeeper Armindo Macedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Fernandes. After having played for 26 minutes, José Bessa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆'s supporters crossed their fingers, but José Bessa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the game, Filipe Luz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matozinhos FC the free kick. After 30 played minutes ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆ got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Luz. A collision led to ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆ getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. João Pinto hit a great ball. In the last second Armindo Macedo throw himself and got hold of the ball when António Sousa in the 33rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Armindo Macedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from António Sousa in the 40th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆'s Cristiano Borges got a free kick in the 44th minute. 47 minutes into the game, Melih Tatu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matozinhos FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆'s Melih Tatu got a free kick in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and António Sousa made a kick off. In the 57th match minute, Matozinhos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Viana to maneuver through the defense. Armindo Macedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armindo Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Armindo Macedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Paredes in the 70th minute of play. ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆ were furious when Cristiano Borges was red carded, 80 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Matozinhos FC:s goal. In the 88thth minute of the game António Sousa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆'s Armindo Macedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luís Queirós hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes, Matozinhos FC's Albertino Veiga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Armindo Macedo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Matozinhos FC reached it. After a rather tough play, ☆Barreiro Rockstars☆'s Gustavo Trindade got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 98th minute António Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Matozinhos FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
