Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hipólito Maia kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sainde FC's zone, Lourenço Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Tinoco came out of the goal and Lourenço Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lourenço Fernandes struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Domingos Tinoco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ganfei FC. 10 minutes into the game, Américo Vilhena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sainde FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ganfei FC the free kick. In the 10th match minute, Sainde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Américo Vilhena to maneuver through the defense. Domingos Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Rocha in the 11th minute of the match. After 12 minutes, Adriano Lameiras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sainde FC and the Ganfei FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Domingos Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Adriano Lameiras kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Óscar Vaz made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Adélio Laureano sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Manuel Rocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingos Tinoco was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Domingos Tinoco came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Ganfei FC's Manuel Rocha. But to his dismay, Manuel Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Ganfei FC's Júlio Santos got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Óscar Vaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hipólito Maia's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Adélio Laureano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sainde FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adélio Laureano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Rocha was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sainde FC's Hipólito Maia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Óscar Vaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Ganfei FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Paulo Cardoso hit a great ball. Hipólito Maia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adélio Laureano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Óscar Vaz having to interfere. Manuel Rocha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domingos Tinoco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Sainde FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lourenço Fernandes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Domingos Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
