Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hipólito Maia started the match with the kick off. Rodrigo Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Sainde FC's Romão Carvalheira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henrique Porto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Yuri do Valle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Domingos Tinoco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 16thth minute of the game Bekir Başsoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sainde FC's Domingos Tinoco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 17 played minutes Sainde FC got a freekick which was hit by Américo Vilhena. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bekir Başsoy in the 19th minute of play forced Sainde FC's goalkeeper Domingos Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrique Porto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adélio Laureano, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 23rd match minute, Canhestro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Faria to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th match minute, Sainde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Américo Vilhena to maneuver through the defense. If Yuri do Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Tinoco came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Canhestro's Bekir Başsoy. But to his dismay, Bekir Başsoy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bekir Başsoy struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Domingos Tinoco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canhestro. After a defensive mix-up in Sainde FC's zone, Afonso Vieira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Tinoco came out of the goal and Afonso Vieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bekir Başsoy to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Canhestro's goalkeeper Henrique Porto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adélio Laureano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bekir Başsoy in the 55th minute of play forced Sainde FC's goalkeeper Domingos Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingos Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bekir Başsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri do Valle in the 60th minute of play forced Sainde FC's goalkeeper Domingos Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Sainde FC booed when Canhestro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bekir Başsoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bekir Başsoy was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Canhestro's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. The supporters of Canhestro booed when Sainde FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adélio Laureano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bekir Başsoy took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingos Tinoco. Domingos Tinoco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 76 minutes into the match, Canhestro's Yuri do Valle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domingos Tinoco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Domingos Tinoco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bekir Başsoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrique Porto made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Adriano Lameiras sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Canhestro defense, Hipólito Maia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrique Porto. The Canhestro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrique Porto should have stopped the shot. Domingos Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bekir Başsoy in the 88th minute of play. After 90 played minutes, Canhestro's Tomás Vieira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Domingos Tinoco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Canhestro reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adriano Lameiras during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sainde FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Adriano Lameiras hit a great ball. Canhestro walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
