Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Iwo Ziomkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Cláudio Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 5 played minutes Padroence FC got a freekick which was hit by Iwo Ziomkowski. Manuel Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Torbjörn Hedberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 minutes, Joaquim Lima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Medados FC and the Padroence FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Medados FC's Joaquim Lima got a free kick in the 12th minute. Afonso Viegas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Pires having to interfere. Torbjörn Hedberg made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Vasco Garcia sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Medados FC's zone, Afonso Viegas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cláudio Pires came out of the goal and Afonso Viegas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Joaquim Lima was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 20 minutes had been played. Joaquim Lima hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Iwo Ziomkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torbjörn Hedberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Medados FC's Manuel Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Padroence FC's goalkeeper Torbjörn Hedberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vasco Garcia. 36 minutes into the match, Afonso Viegas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cláudio Pires. Medados FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Viegas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 44th minute, Afonso Viegas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Padroence FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 47th minute Afonso Viegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Medados FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Padroence FC were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Afonso Viegas to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Manuel Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torbjörn Hedberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute, Inácio Melo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Torbjörn Hedberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Medados FC's Cláudio Pires proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Medados FC from getting a goal against them. Cláudio Pires made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Afonso Viegas sent off a good shot on target. Torbjörn Hedberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Afonso Viegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasco Garcia in the 88th minute of play forced Padroence FC's goalkeeper Torbjörn Hedberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Medados FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Sandro Matos hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Waldemar Niewiadomski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Medados FC's Cláudio Pires didn't even have to move. Iwo Ziomkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Cláudio Pires made a huge save.
