Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Filipe Miranda took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute of the match Luís Baptista sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gustavo Antunes skillfully saved the ball. Catarino Dantas hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers António Paiva in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Antunes saved Pesinho from getting behind. The supporters of Pesinho booed when Pregoim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Pesinho's Gustavo Antunes got control of the ball when Joaquim Pires tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oliveira Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Miranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lúcio Branco couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute Lúcio Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliveira Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filipe Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Oliveira Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pesinho's Gustavo Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Paiva in the 44th minute of play. Lúcio Branco struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Oliveira Teixeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pesinho. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The tension between the Pregoim and the Pesinho players grew even worse after the yellow card. 88 minutes into the game, one of Pregoim:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 91 minutes of play, Pesinho's Mário Gonçalves made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliveira Teixeira was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Pregoim's zone, Américo Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oliveira Teixeira came out of the goal and Américo Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiago Anjos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Pesinho left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pregoim.
