Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gaspar Marques came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by GD Chaves's Angélico Perdigão. But to his dismay, Angélico Perdigão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Sabino Quadros fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GD Chaves's protests and gave Sabino Quadros a yellow card for diving instead. Death Angel FC's Oliveira Trindade was substituted for João Rodrigues. After 9 played minutes GD Chaves got a freekick which was hit by Sabino Quadros. When Oliveira Trindade came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Death Angel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliveira Trindade couldn't finish the play. Naum Gúbov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hurko Esperta hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Vítor Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Egídio Domingos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurício Leitão in the 25th minute of play forced Death Angel FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaspar Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Leitão, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The supporters of GD Chaves booed when Death Angel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Ilídio Patrício made a precise shot to the right of Gaspar Marques. Death Angel FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Gaspar Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabino Quadros in the 36th minute of play. Naum Gúbov scored 1-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Egídio Domingos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vítor Santos in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egídio Domingos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Naum Gúbov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Vítor Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half GD Chaves were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Death Angel FC's Oliveira Trindade got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Egídio Domingos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naum Gúbov in the 58th minute of the match. When Naum Gúbov came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Death Angel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Naum Gúbov couldn't finish the play. Oliveira Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Egídio Domingos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Naum Gúbov succeeded in the game's 68th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. If Vítor Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sabino Quadros kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Hurko Esperta charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hurko Esperta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st match minute, Death Angel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hurko Esperta to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Naum Gúbov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaspar Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilídio Patrício, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute, Oliveira Trindade had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Sabino Quadros got his second yellow card in the match during the 93rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Death Angel FC's Lúcio Ferreira was substituted for Oliveira Trindade. 92 minutes into the game, one of GD Chaves:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
