Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Falagueiro FC's Viriato Pires started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Viriato Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ledo FC booed when Falagueiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Vieira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Falagueiro FC's zone, Teodoro Cardoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. António Dias came out of the goal and Teodoro Cardoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Lencastre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vicente Lencastre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. António Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Ledo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Pires came free, but Eurico Carmona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Lencastre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Dias having to interfere. If Vicente Lencastre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Ledo FC defense, Rui Soares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eurico Carmona. The Ledo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eurico Carmona should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teodoro Cardoso to make the kick off. Vicente Lencastre scored 2-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of António Dias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Viriato Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eurico Carmona having to interfere. After 68 minutes of play, Falagueiro FC's Rui Soares made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eurico Carmona was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute of the match Adelino Teixeira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eurico Carmona skillfully saved the ball. In the 76thth minute of the game Teodoro Cardoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Falagueiro FC's António Dias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Ledo FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Rui Leite hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Falagueiro FC's António Pereira tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Ledo FC's Teodoro Cardoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that António Dias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Viriato Pires blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eurico Carmona having to make a save. Rui Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 99 played minutes Ledo FC got a freekick which was hit by Filinto Mourato. After a rather tough play, Ledo FC's Vicente Lencastre got a free kick in the 100th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Falagueiro FC had won after a very even match.
