Ricardo Amaral placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Falagueiro FC's Cristiano Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomé Calado in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, SC Pias's Afonso Igrejas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Dantas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Marco Guerreiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Lousada. SC Pias's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Guerreiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Sebastião Assis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Lousada having to interfere. Afonso Igrejas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Cristiano Dantas made a huge save. João Lousada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Guerreiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Marco Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. João Lousada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
