Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 9 minutes into the match, Cláudio Rocha notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ElBritos's Amável Dantas. Amável Dantas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 16th minute Ronaldo Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Valente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Alcides Bragança managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spartak Lisbon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alcides Bragança was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Alcides Bragança came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Spartak Lisbon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alcides Bragança couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ElBritos's goalkeeper Amável Dantas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24th minute Spartak Lisbon FC were awarded a corner. Jorge Gaspar went to the cornerflag to take it. If Cláudio Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Cláudio Rocha made a precise shot to the right of Amável Dantas. ElBritos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Alcides Bragança sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, ElBritos's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Rocha came free, but Amável Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldo Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cláudio Rocha made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Spartak Lisbon FC's Cláudio Rocha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amável Dantas. That made the score 0-4 after 52 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Alcides Bragança put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Amável Dantas. Miguel Valente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Guarda in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Spartak Lisbon FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Luís Sesimbra hit a great ball. ElBritos's Domingos Maciel suffered a sore thigh after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Madruga during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Spartak Lisbon FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Paulo Madruga hit a great ball. When Alcides Bragança fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spartak Lisbon FC's protests and gave Alcides Bragança a yellow card for diving instead. Alcides Bragança fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amável Dantas having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronaldo Santana during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Ronaldo Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 77 minutes, Cláudio Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The attack was good, but when Paulo Madruga in the 87th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Cláudio Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute, Júlio Guarda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
