Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aldo Leme took the kick off in the first half of the match. ACABOU CC's Antero Lessa got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerónimo Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Melgacense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Leme came free, but Lucas Monsanto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Melgacense FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Veríssimo Teixeira hit a great ball. Aldo Leme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Lucas Monsanto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fábio Pais during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fábio Pais hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Melgacense FC's Rúben Costa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ACABOU CC. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Antero Lessa managed to get in a good position for a shot. ACABOU CC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antero Lessa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Monsanto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aldo Leme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lucas Monsanto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldo Leme in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas Monsanto saved Melgacense FC from getting behind. 35 minutes into the match, ACABOU CC's Antero Lessa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Monsanto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute of the match Leonardo Viegas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eurico Póvoas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eurico Póvoas made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Angélico Cortez sent off a good shot on target. Eurico Póvoas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timóteo Salgueiro in the 42nd minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timóteo Salgueiro to make the kick off. Timóteo Salgueiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Eurico Póvoas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aldo Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Monsanto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th match minute, ACABOU CC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerónimo Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. Timóteo Salgueiro struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Eurico Póvoas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Melgacense FC. Angélico Cortez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Eurico Póvoas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eurico Póvoas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timóteo Salgueiro in the 78th minute of play. Angélico Cortez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Antero Lessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diogo Brochado's late challenge caught a ACABOU CC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diogo Brochado helped the player get up and apologised. Lucas Monsanto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antero Lessa in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute of the match João Rodrigues shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucas Monsanto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 97 played minutes, ACABOU CC's Higino Belo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucas Monsanto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ACABOU CC reached it. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
