Beringel FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Misquel the free kick. After 11 played minutes Beringel FC got a freekick which was hit by Josué Modesto. Januário Estrada struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Higino Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Misquel. Januário Estrada succeeded in the game's 16th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Higino Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Januário Estrada in the 20th minute of play. Baltasar Vilanova's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Higino Fonseca firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 28th play minute Baltasar Vilanova came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Higino Fonseca. 3-0. Baltasar Vilanova hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Higino Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Januário Estrada in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Januário Estrada in the 66th minute of play forced Beringel FC's goalkeeper Higino Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, José Quintanilha notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Beringel FC's Higino Fonseca. Higino Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
