Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Heitor Neves took the kick off in the first half of the match. Heitor Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sérgio Brás tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 4 minutes, Fernando Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Samouco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Esteves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Heitor Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernando Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sérgio Brás took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Martinga FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Armindo Queirós hit a great ball. Fernando Esteves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sérgio Brás having to make a save. Heitor Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Brás having to interfere. Sérgio Brás came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Samouco's Fernando Esteves. But to his dismay, Fernando Esteves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diamantino Veiga made a kick off. Adelino Lisboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Leão's late challenge caught a SC Samouco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Leão helped the player get up and apologised. Sérgio Brás was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Heitor Neves showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 66 minute of play. Heitor Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Sérgio Brás tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fernando Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Martinga FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Armindo Queirós hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Fernando Esteves dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sérgio Brás, 1-3. SC Samouco's Adelino Lisboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Ramos in the 91st minute of play. After 96 played minutes Martinga FC got a freekick which was hit by Gonçalo Ramos. SC Samouco's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
