Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Angélico Baião started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Diogon FC's Fabrício Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Viana in the 5th minute of play. André Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Magalhães having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Eduardo Viana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabrício Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Adérito Tristão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliveira Viana having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Bacelo FC's Eduardo Viana dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Oliveira Viana came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Diogon FC's Adérito Tristão. But to his dismay, Adérito Tristão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Amado Viveiros fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Diogon FC's protests and gave Amado Viveiros a yellow card for diving instead. Amado Viveiros kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Fabrício Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Viana in the 34th minute of play. Eduardo Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Magalhães having to interfere. Eduardo Viana was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Bacelo FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. André Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Fabrício Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Murilo Dantas's late challenge caught a Bacelo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murilo Dantas helped the player get up and apologised. Murilo Dantas hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Hélder Fernandes, 42 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. André Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Fabrício Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Adérito Tristão came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Diogon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adérito Tristão couldn't finish the play. Augusto Baptista hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. If André Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eduardo Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. André Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Magalhães having to interfere. After having played for 94 minutes, Eduardo Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bacelo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Viana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
