Fernando Gonçalves started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Gonçalves in the 4th minute of play forced PERDIDOS.F.C's goalkeeper Dimas Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sérgio Guerreiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dimas Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Gonçalves in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Sérgio Guerreiro made a precise shot to the right of Dimas Gomes. PERDIDOS.F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Rui Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sobrena booed when PERDIDOS.F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeferino Perdigão didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Sobrena's Carlos Amorim broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Dimas Gomes made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Sérgio Guerreiro sent off a good shot on target. Dimas Gomes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernando Gonçalves's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. A collision led to PERDIDOS.F.C getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Hermes Barcelos hit a great ball. Dimas Gomes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Fernando Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sobrena's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Gonçalves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimas Gomes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raul Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Dimas Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 played minutes PERDIDOS.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Zeferino Perdigão. Dimas Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Gonçalves in the 35th minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Sérgio Guerreiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sobrena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sérgio Guerreiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sérgio Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Dimas Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassiano Seixas to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Gonçalves in the 51st minute of play forced PERDIDOS.F.C's goalkeeper Dimas Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dimas Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sérgio Guerreiro in the 54th minute of the match. Fernando Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Dimas Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, PERDIDOS.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Gonçalves came free, but Dimas Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dimas Gomes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cassiano Seixas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Santos having to interfere. Gil Jesus charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gil Jesus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sérgio Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Dimas Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sérgio Guerreiro in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dimas Gomes saved PERDIDOS.F.C from getting behind. Manuel Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassiano Seixas in the 76th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Cassiano Seixas in the 81st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Dimas Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Guerreiro in the 84th minute of play. After 86 minutes, Sérgio Guerreiro made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. PERDIDOS.F.C's Dimas Gomes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dimas Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sérgio Guerreiro in the 91st minute of the match. Fernando Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Sérgio Guerreiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sobrena walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
