Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miguel Lopes started the match with the kick off. Miguel Lopes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Vladimiro Valente skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vladimiro Valente was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Miguel Lopes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Miguel Lopes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 14 minutes into the game, Miguel Falcão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meixedos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soalhais the free kick. In the 14th minute, Miguel Falcão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lúcio Moniz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Miguel Antunes. Soalhais's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bruno Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Valente having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Bruno Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soalhais's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimiro Valente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute, Sandro Couto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Soalhais's zone, Vicente Brandão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Antunes came out of the goal and Vicente Brandão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miguel Falcão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Antunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Brandão, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
After 53 played minutes Meixedos got a freekick which was hit by André Estrada. After a defensive mix-up in Meixedos's zone, Bruno Pereira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimiro Valente came out of the goal and Bruno Pereira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Brandão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Antunes having to interfere. Vladimiro Valente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sandro Couto hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, one of Meixedos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Meixedos. Vladimiro Valente came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Soalhais's André Pedroso. But to his dismay, André Pedroso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 71st minute, Marco Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Soalhais's Cláudio Fonseca got a free kick in the 74th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Meixedos's João Viegas tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bruno Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Soalhais's Miguel Lopes got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Pereira scored 3-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladimiro Valente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Soalhais were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Meixedos for a fine match.
