After a rather tough play, Soalhais's André Pedroso got a free kick in the 9th minute. Miguel Antunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Borges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 16 played minutes, SNIPER FC's André Rijo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Miguel Antunes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SNIPER FC reached it. Miguel Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Américo Barata having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Pereira in the 23rd minute of play forced SNIPER FC's goalkeeper Américo Barata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes of play, Soalhais's Miguel Lopes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Américo Barata was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bruno Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Américo Barata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Miguel Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soalhais's goalkeeper Miguel Antunes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marco Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Pereira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Américo Barata having to make a save. In the 44thth minute of the game Miguel Lopes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SNIPER FC's Américo Barata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SNIPER FC's zone, Miguel Lopes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Américo Barata came out of the goal and Miguel Lopes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Raul Borges made the kick off in the second half. Lisandro Bacelar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Antunes having to interfere. After 58 minutes of play, SNIPER FC's Lisandro Bacelar made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miguel Antunes was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard, long distance shot from Rúben Távora flew over the goal. Bruno Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd match minute, SNIPER FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Borges to maneuver through the defense. Raul Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 78th minute, SNIPER FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bruno Pereira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Bruno Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Soalhais fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Pereira couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the match, Miguel Lopes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Américo Barata, 1-3. If Miguel Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Marco Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Lopes in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Américo Barata saved SNIPER FC from getting behind. Soalhais's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
