After a defensive mix-up in SC Olaia's zone, António Baptista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gastão Almeida came out of the goal and António Baptista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Câmara in the 14th minute of play. António Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gastão Almeida made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Barbosa in the 24th minute. Cristiano Poças sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Almacinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Câmara came free, but André Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Câmara struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. André Almeida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Olaia. The referee gave Almacinha FC a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. Jordão Amado hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Almacinha FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
