Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Normando lacerda came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Retaxo FC's Cassiano Lencastre. But to his dismay, Cassiano Lencastre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 9th minute, Marcelo Salgado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filipe Zarco was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Normando lacerda made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Cassiano Lencastre sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in FC Porto's zone, Cassiano Lencastre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Normando lacerda came out of the goal and Cassiano Lencastre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cassiano Lencastre's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Normando lacerda skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 18 minutes into the match, FC Porto's goal looked a bit too open when Veríssimo Durães came free, but Normando lacerda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Estevão Brás notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Retaxo FC's Filipe Zarco. Filipe Zarco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Filipe Zarco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estevão Brás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Lamego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Filipe Zarco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Estevão Brás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipe Zarco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estevão Brás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cassiano Lencastre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Normando lacerda having to interfere. Jorge Lamego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Retaxo FC booed when FC Porto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Veríssimo Durães to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Estevão Brás in the 54th minute of play forced Retaxo FC's goalkeeper Filipe Zarco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cassiano Lencastre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, FC Porto's Adriano Azeredo got a free kick in the 57th minute. FC Porto's Normando lacerda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassiano Lencastre in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, FC Porto's goal looked a bit too open when Veríssimo Durães came free, but Normando lacerda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Porto's Normando lacerda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassiano Lencastre in the 65th minute of play. Filipe Zarco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estevão Brás in the 70th minute of play. Cassiano Lencastre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Normando lacerda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the FC Porto defense, Veríssimo Durães kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Normando lacerda. The FC Porto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Normando lacerda should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute Veríssimo Durães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Normando lacerda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jorge Lamego had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estevão Brás fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Zarco having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, Retaxo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Porfírio Garcia to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Yuri Pires sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Retaxo FC's Filipe Zarco didn't even have to move. Retaxo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Porto for a fine match.
