Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 3 minutes, Augusto Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viduedo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th minute, Jorge Setúbal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lagielas FC's Lúcio Ferro got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Lagielas FC's zone, Manuel Jesus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Maia came out of the goal and Manuel Jesus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Viduedo FC's Rui Anjos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Setúbal in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Viduedo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Américo Moura to maneuver through the defense. If Augusto Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Anjos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio Ferro, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Lagielas FC's Pedro Maia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Lagielas FC from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the game, Lúcio Ferro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rui Anjos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lúcio Ferro scored 0-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rui Anjos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Lagielas FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augusto Araújo to strike the kick off in the second half. Viduedo FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jorge Setúbal 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Manuel Jesus scored 1-3 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Maia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 62 minutes into the match, Lagielas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Jesus came free, but Pedro Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lagielas FC were furious when Rodrigo Amorim was red carded, 68 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Augusto Araújo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 76th minute, Américo Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Maia having to interfere. After some careless play in the Lagielas FC defense, Augusto Araújo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Maia. The Lagielas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Maia should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Lagielas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Araújo came free, but Pedro Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, Viduedo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Monteiro to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xavier Sá during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes Viduedo FC got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Sá. In the 95th minute, Cristiano Freitas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Chants of Lagielas FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Viduedo FC had held the ball for most of the match.
