Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fábio Sá made the kick off and thus started the match. SC Posinho's Osvaldo Vilhena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save SC Posinho from getting a goal against them. Fábio Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Vilhena having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Vais's Domingos Campos got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Júlio Guerreiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Mariano Ferro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldo Vilhena acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cristóvão Paiva. In the 26th minute Fábio Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Vilhena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, SC Posinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Lage to maneuver through the defense. Vais's Júlio Guerreiro got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, SC Posinho's goalkeeper Osvaldo Vilhena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Júlio Guerreiro. The supporters of Vais booed when SC Posinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Ferro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, SC Posinho's Angelo Jordão got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Vais's Cristóvão Paiva tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Vais's Fábio Sá in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Posinho's goalie prevented a goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rui Lage made a kick off. Júlio Guerreiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Fábio Sá's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osvaldo Vilhena was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After 61 minutes, Angelo Jordão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Posinho and the Vais players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes SC Posinho got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Jordão. In the 62nd minute, Cristóvão Paiva sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Posinho's Osvaldo Vilhena didn't even have to move. In the 66th minute there was a penalty for Vais. Cristóvão Paiva stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Osvaldo Vilhena. 1-0. 70 minutes into the match, Vais's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Lage came free, but Xavier Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rui Lage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Júlio Guerreiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osvaldo Vilhena was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Osvaldo Vilhena came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Vais's Júlio Guerreiro. But to his dismay, Júlio Guerreiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 92nd minute, Júlio Guerreiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vais's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
