Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. António Vieira started the match with the kick off. With his leg Filipe Esteves managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when orlando pirates's António Vieira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Filipe Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Assunção in the 12th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Lobos do Lis got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Gaspar. António Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Filipe Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Filipe Esteves managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when orlando pirates's António Vieira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The orlando pirates fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when orlando pirates's António Vieira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 26 minutes into the match, Lobos do Lis's goalkeeper Filipe Esteves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by António Vieira. When Ciriaco Vela came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the orlando pirates fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciriaco Vela couldn't finish the play. António Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. António Vieiras short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Filipe Esteves to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 40 played minutes orlando pirates got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Amaro. With a little luck, Lobos do Lis's Filipe Esteves got control of the ball when António Vieira tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Rui Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lobos do Lis's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mário Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

In the 55th minute, António Vieira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filipe Esteves was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a rather tough play, orlando pirates's António Vieira got a free kick in the 57th minute. Lobos do Lis's Filipe Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Vieira in the 60th minute of play. António Vieira took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filipe Esteves. Filipe Esteves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling António Vieira in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filipe Esteves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 74 minutes, Simão Soares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lobos do Lis and the orlando pirates players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of orlando pirates booed when Lobos do Lis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Diamantino Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filipe Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Vieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, Lobos do Lis's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Assunção came free, but Filipe Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Simão Soares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute Rui Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mário Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. António Vieira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filipe Esteves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. When Cláudio Freitas fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lobos do Lis's protests and gave Cláudio Freitas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd match minute, Lobos do Lis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cláudio Freitas to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the game, Rui Aleixo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Filipe Esteves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rui Aleixo in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filipe Esteves prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
