Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amadeu Valverde started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Mariano Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Aragão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Mariano Baptista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caramao FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cristiano Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laércio Tomé received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Oliveira Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeu Valverde struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Oliveira Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mafra. Laércio Tomé could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Oliveira Lopes made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Mafra's zone, Cristiano Leão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Aragão came out of the goal and Cristiano Leão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Baptista in the 22nd minute of play forced Mafra's goalkeeper Donato Aragão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caramao FC's Mariano Baptista got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Caramao FC's Eusébio Sousa got a free kick in the 28th minute. Mariano Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariano Baptista struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Donato Aragão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caramao FC. After 43 minutes of play, Caramao FC's Cristiano Leão made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donato Aragão was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristiano Leão to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Mafra's Donato Aragão got control of the ball when Mariano Baptista tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Óscar Quirino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mafra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caramao FC the free kick. After 55 played minutes Mafra got a freekick which was hit by Óscar Quirino. In the 58th minute, Mariano Baptista fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Donato Aragão, passed just outside the right post. Laércio Tomé received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Oliveira Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Baptista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Donato Aragão made a huge save. Cristiano Leão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Donato Aragão made a huge save. 75 minutes into the game, Lucílio Nascimento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mafra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caramao FC the free kick. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mafra! When the match had been going on for 77 minutes, Caramao FC's Abel Dias got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Donato Aragão. Caramao FC's Cristiano Leão was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 81st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Cristiano Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cristiano Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laércio Tomé in the 91st minute of play forced Caramao FC's goalkeeper Oliveira Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Celso Rebelo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Caramao FC's Oliveira Lopes didn't even have to move. Caramao FC's Cristiano Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laércio Tomé sent away a hard shot on goal in the 101st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mafra fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Caramao FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
