Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abel Marques kicked off to start the match. If Filipe Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Marques might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquim Calheiros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Marques ran back to his position shaking his head. Ronaldo Valadares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Arvid Odin made a huge save. Arvid Odin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ademar Moutinho in the 15th minute of the match. Ademar Moutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvid Odin having to interfere. Murilo Moita's late challenge caught a Ninho Do Açor F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murilo Moita helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to SC Lazareto getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Murilo Moita hit a great ball. Rui Miranda, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. SC Lazareto's Ronaldo Valadares got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joaquim Calheiros came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Ninho Do Açor F.C's Abel Marques. But to his dismay, Abel Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 34 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Valadares dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arvid Odin, 1-1. Eduardo Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 41 minutes Ninho Do Açor F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cássio Gama who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Cássio Gama almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ninho Do Açor F.C's Arvid Odin did a great save. Rui Miranda took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joaquim Calheiros. SC Lazareto's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Abel Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ademar Moutinho made a kick off. Ademar Moutinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arvid Odin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ademar Moutinho ran back to his position shaking his head. Ninho Do Açor F.C's Filipe Leite got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filipe Leite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ninho Do Açor F.C's Abel Marques slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joaquim Calheiros. That made the score 1-2 after 62 minutes of play. In the 73rd minute of the match Ivan Quintanilha sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arvid Odin skillfully saved the ball. In the 73rd minute, Eduardo Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abel Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Joaquim Calheiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arvid Odin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Valadares in the 79th minute of play. Filipe Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Joaquim Calheiros made a huge save. Óscar Vigário hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ademar Moutinho scored 2-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arvid Odin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 99 minutes, Ademar Moutinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Lazareto and the Ninho Do Açor F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ademar Moutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. Ninho Do Açor F.C were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
