Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when João Leal got the match started through his kick off. Carlos Aguiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ricardo Vidal fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luso's protests and gave Ricardo Vidal a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Luso got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Vidal. If Carlos Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the game, Daniel Carneiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hospicio FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luso the free kick. In the 19th minute, Daniel Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Aguiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. After having played for 25 minutes, Gonçalo Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hospicio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonçalo Amorim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, João Leal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Damásio. Luso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Leal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 33rd minute, João Leal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Damásio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After having played for 38 minutes, João Leal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hospicio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Leal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 41 played minutes Hospicio FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Luz. Fernando Gameiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Delgado having to interfere. Nuno Delgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Vidal in the 45th minute of the match. Luso's Jorge Damásio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Leal in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fernando Gameiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Gonçalo Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jorge Damásio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Gonçalo Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Jorge Damásio made a huge save. In the 75th minute of the match, Gonçalo Amorim got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jorge Damásio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nuno Delgado didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Luso's Fernando Gameiro shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. João Leal might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Damásio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Leal ran back to his position shaking his head. After 86 played minutes Hospicio FC got a freekick which was hit by Gonçalo Amorim. If João Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Gameiro struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Nuno Delgado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luso. In the 95thth minute of the game Carlos Aguiar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hospicio FC's Nuno Delgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hospicio FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
