In the 51st minute Duarte Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bento Paredes made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Lúcio Trindade sent off a good shot on target. Nuno Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Oliveira in the 67th minute of the match. Duarte Nascimento took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nuno Sousa. Nuno Sousa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 78th minute of the match Lúcio Bessa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nuno Sousa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 79 minutes, Marco Ferro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Roussas and the Cerdeirinhas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 79 played minutes SC Roussas got a freekick which was hit by Marco Ferro. The audience held their breath when Pedro Trindade in the 82nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Nuno Sousa's left hand side. In the 83rd match minute, SC Roussas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Cabral to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Lúcio Trindade managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Roussas's supporters rose to their feet, but Lúcio Trindade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bento Paredes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Duarte Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. With his leg Bento Paredes managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when SC Roussas's Lúcio Trindade fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cerdeirinhas's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
